Torch Breast Friends Raises over $33,000 for the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund

Torch Breast Friends was honored to raise over $33,000 for the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund at Huntsville Hospital Foundation! The run proved to be a tremendous success, drawing in more than 6,200 participants on a beautiful morning dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer. Torch Breast Friends had its largest team to date, winning first for the large team fundraiser!

Proceeds from the 2023 Liz Hurley Ribbon Run will provide for the top priority needs for Huntsville Hospital Breast Center, including an additional ultrasound machine and table with a specialty mattress. This new, high-tech equipment will reduce wait times so patients have access to the diagnostic screening they need, detecting breast cancer as soon as possible.
